- Deliver evidence-based, early intervention therapy and services designed for children up to 9 years old.
- Provide therapy led by a team of allied health therapists and education professionals.
- Support children in:
- Speech and communication.
- Emotional regulation.
- Self-help tasks like dressing and toilet training.
- Developing independence and readiness for school.
- Focus on specific diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, Down syndrome, or Cerebral Palsy and other developmental delays that are not diagnosed but are suspected.
- Offer short-term goal-focused groups, developmental assessment clinics, and peer support for parents and carers.
- Work closely with families to manage behaviours in community settings, such as during shopping trips or family gatherings.
- Provide a tailored, family-centred approach to empower children and their support networks.
- Key Workers conduct home visits, provide resources, and support families to help children reach their developmental goals.
- Key Workers also visit schools, child care, and community locations to provide consistent support.
